Therapy is about Exceeding Expectations
One Patient at a Time

Here’s a space that focuses on your needs.

Taking the first step to seek help can be difficult for many reasons, including concerns about privacy and confidentiality. It’s also the beginning of the process that can lead to a better life, which is possible for all of us.

My office features a comfortable waiting area, located away from the main hallway, with complimentary drinks and snacks available for you. There are no forms to fill out before our first meeting.

Therapy is confidential and private, something I take very seriously. Clients often gain benefits from being able to discuss things in session that they would not have been able to say out loud otherwise. I offer an unconditional and encouraging environment for that.

There are no barriers between us as we speak, and I believe that whatever you think is relevant to tell me about your life is essential for me to hear.

My approach is specific to your needs.

I understand the hurt caused by anxiety, depression, couples’ issues, and trauma, and my approach to therapy is client-centered.

When working with a client, I strive to find the most effective treatment tailored to each individual’s needs. I accomplish this by seeking feedback from my clients and actually applying it.

Most often, I offer suggestions for actions to take between sessions, with the intention of changing behavior to improve daily functioning.
